Clinical pharmacology
¡¡Salinomycin belongs to polyether monocarboxylic acid antibiotics,which can be strongly and tightly combined with the metal ion in the cell, especially with metal ion K+, Na+ and Rb.. Positive ion, which is necessary to the organism,increased. Through the permeability of lipide barrier of cell membrane, it can inhibit the normal ion balance of sporophyte and schizont, and kill the coccidia. The gram-positive bacterium, epiphyte, virus and plasmodium are highly sensitive to Salinomycin, too.
¡¤Indication
¡¡It is for anti-coccidium remedy in poultry production.
Administration and dosage:
¡¡Used in feed additive. Add 600g per 1000kg of poulty feed; Add 400g per 1000kgs of swine feed.
Adverse reaction:
¡¤Precaution
1.Must fully mixed to uniformilty after adding to the feed.
2.Don't medicate to the laying hens.
3.Prohibit to adult turkeys and horses.
4.Prohibit to use with Tiamulin, Oleandomycin and other anti-coccidia products.
