Active ingredient
The active ingredient is salinomycin sodium, it is salt of salinomycin.
Description: White or light yellow crystalline powder, a little odour.
Clinical pharmacology
Salinomycin a polyether monocarboxylic acid antibiotics,it is an ionophore usded for anticoccidial treatment. It binds with monovalent cations interferring with ionic transport across cell membranes.
Indication
It is for anticoccidial treatment in poultry production.
Administration and dosage
Add in 65g-70g salinomycin sodium (with potency not less than 850u/mg)per metric ton of feed,or use under the instruction of veterinarians.
Adverse reaction
Precaution
1.Must fully mixing to uniformilty after adding in feed.
2.Don't medicate to the hens in the laying cycle.
3.Do not feed to adult turkeys and horse.
4.Inco***tible with tiamulin and other anti-coccidial products.
Withdrawal period: 5days
